House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is before 10:00; in low season, times may be flexible by arrangement. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorisation, requested with the final payment. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linens €2 per booking; towel set €10 per booking; linen for a double bed €22 per booking; linen for a single bed €19 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €105 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay and is not renewed. Tourist tax is listed as included in the total price. No cleaning is provided during the stay.
Getting there
Taussat sandy beach is 1.1 km away; the source does not state a travel mode. Two outdoor parking spaces are available. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging and use a dedicated charging point instead.
