House rules Quiet Hours & Guests Quiet hours are 10:00 PM, 8:00 AM. No loud music, gatherings, or noise during these times. Visitors and outside guests must be approved by the host in advance. Parties and events of any kind require written host approval before the stay. Energy & Conservation Turn off AC and heat when leaving the property. Conserve water, do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Water is a limited resource in San Miguel. Turn off lights and fans when leaving rooms. Property Care No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Do not exceed the stated maximum occupancy. Do not move or rearrange furniture. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately, we will handle it promptly. No open flames or candles inside the property. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Kitchen & Checkout Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean before departure. Place used towels and linens in the bathroom before checkout. Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host prior to arrival. The jacuzzi is available from 09:00 to 22:00 except Tuesdays, when it is closed for cleaning. Optional concierge services require confirmation of availability, timing, currency, price and applicability before any charge. A crib/Pack-n-Play, early check-in, late checkout and pre-arrival grocery shopping are available on request, with prices on request. Cancellation: full refund at least five days before check-in; less than five days before check-in, 50% of the nightly rate is refunded; after check-in, nights spent plus 50% of unspent nights are charged.

Getting there

The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. Stairs are required for the shared rooftop terrace. The Jardin and the Parroquia are two blocks away; restaurants, shops and art galleries are a few minutes away on a flat walk.
