House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00.
Getting there
Dubai Mall and the dancing fountain are a 10-minute walk away; grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Public transport is easily accessible. The shared swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026.
