House rules
No pets, parties or smoking. The minimum check-in age is 18. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and submit a copy of every guest’s passport before arrival. A greeter meets guests at the building for personal check-in; share your arrival time in advance. Check-in after 21:00 incurs a mandatory AED 150 surcharge, payable in advance, because building management requires a GuestReady representative to be present. Evidence of smoking inside incurs a minimum fine of AED 1800. Checkout is strictly at 11:00; late checkout without prior approval incurs an AED 1800 penalty. Daily housekeeping is optional, available on request for an additional fee. Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. City Walk, Downtown Dubai, Jumeirah Beach, Safa Park and Dubai Water Canal are minutes away. Occasional construction in the building or surrounding area may cause noise or affect views.
