The house

The accommodation is in a refurbished apartment with a long hallway leading to a bright, open-plan living area and a fully functioning kitchen. The bedrooms have a modern finish and small double beds, which may feel compact for two people. Guests have access to the whole apartment during their stay.

Professional cleaning, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, TV and 24/7 guest support are provided. The apartment operates on a fully self-catered basis: salt, pepper, cooking oil and toiletries may be provided, but availability varies between bookings and is not guaranteed.

Westbourne has a mix of historic and newer residential developments, with access to the city centre's amenities and Georgian architecture. Bus Éireann services, including routes 304/304A, connect the area with the city centre, University of Limerick and Raheen. Fares can be paid with a TFI Leap Card; Real Time Ireland and Transit provide current travel information.
