Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The fireplace and second refrigerator are not for guest use. Parking is limited to four vehicles on improved surfaces, not grass or landscaped areas. Getting there
The beach is a 3-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk away. To reach the beach, turn right onto South Sea Pines Drive, then left onto Sprunt Pond Road and follow the beach path. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners. Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. Sea Pines features include Lawton Stables, Harbour Town Golf Links and other courses, the Harbour Town and South Beach marinas, racquet clubs and trolley transport; all are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
