Amenities include a private gas grill, five TVs, cable/satellite television, a beach cart, outdoor shower, linens, towels, washer/dryer and an EV charger in the garage. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee except for rentals over 21 nights. Town of HHI STR Permit #27788. Guest Connect contains check-in information (lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other arrival details). Guests receive a SERG Take Out Kitchen meal credit valid for bookings made on or after 28 June 2025.

Reservation changes or cancellations due to heater operation remain subject to the cancellation policy.

The beach is a 3-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk away. To reach the beach, turn right onto South Sea Pines Drive, then left onto Sprunt Pond Road and follow the beach path. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners. Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. Sea Pines features include Lawton Stables, Harbour Town Golf Links and other courses, the Harbour Town and South Beach marinas, racquet clubs and trolley transport; all are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
