Bedrooms 1 and 3 have ensuite bathrooms, and Bedroom 1 also has a television. The interior has acacia hardwood floors, wood ceilings, updated furnishings and bathrooms, and a tankless water heater. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Jenn-Air gas stove, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink and a microwave. The dining area seats eight, with another table for four in the sunroom. The enclosed screen porch serves as a sunroom with a large corner sofa and television. Televisions are also provided in the living room and primary bedroom. Outdoor facilities include a patio, balcony, gas grill, outdoor shower and foot-wash station. Heating and an ironing board are provided. High-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, air conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, and three free private parking spaces are available. Linens, bath towels and starter supplies of soap, shampoo and paper products are provided. Guests must bring beach towels. Entry is by self-check-in keypad. The beach is one block away, a short walk from the home. Guests can access Wild Dunes cafes and restaurants; golf, tennis, spa services and other recreation must be booked separately. Nearby construction may cause disruption, and unforeseen construction does not qualify for relocation. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited inside Wild Dunes. Street-legal golf carts are permitted, but must be rented locally because trailers cannot enter the resort. The closest golf-cart beach parking is on Summer Dunes Lane and Island Cottage Lane. The interior is on one level. The booking guest must be at least 25. House parties, weddings and receptions are prohibited by city ordinance; violations require all guests to vacate immediately. Pets and emotional support animals are prohibited; undisclosed animals brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Respect neighbors and noise limits; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Early check-in and late check-out services are unavailable from May through September. Bring your own beach towels. Beach chairs and toys are not included.
