The house has a rooftop patio for sunset views and outdoor dining, multiple balconies, and a sunlit living area with Victorian windows and modern furnishings. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, microwave, oven and stove. A barbecue, heating, TV, washing machine and dryer are available.

The primary bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. A second king bedroom on the first floor also has an ensuite. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor and share two bathrooms, including one Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.

Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available. Free private parking accommodates four cars in the driveway and two in the garage. Entry is by keypad. The elevator is non-operational, and there is no pool access. Guests must bring beach towels; beach chairs and toys are not included.

Refunds or relocations are not available for these natural changes. Nearby construction may cause disruption, and unforeseen construction does not qualify for relocation.

The person booking must be at least 25 years old. Early check-in and late checkout services are unavailable from May through September. Guests must supply beach towels; beach chairs and toys are not provided. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Up to two dogs require advance approval and a $250 fee per pet; unapproved animals may result in a minimum $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus liability for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings longer than 28 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
