The villa accommodates six guests. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seating six, a half bathroom and a living room overlooking Braddock Cove. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary suite facing the cove. A covered porch provides water views. Linens and towels are provided. The villa has three TVs, satellite/cable television, a DVD player and a private gas grill. One hour of tennis court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club is free.
Hairdryer, iron and board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Arrival and departure are keyless and contactless. Nearby facilities include pickleball, a playground and restaurants. Hilton Head STR permit: 46776.
