The villa accommodates six guests. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seating six, a half bathroom and a living room overlooking Braddock Cove. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary suite facing the cove. A covered porch provides water views. Linens and towels are provided. The villa has three TVs, satellite/cable television, a DVD player and a private gas grill. One hour of tennis court time per day at South Beach Racquet Club is free. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The Salty Dog Cafe, marina, swimming pool and tennis club are a five-minute walk away. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only; Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort amenities are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability, and trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. There is no landline at the villa. South Beach Marina Pool requires a purchased membership for the stay; inquire when making the reservation. Its published 2025 season opening was May 31, with daily hours of 09:00–18:00. The pool dates and hours are explicitly for the 2025 season and are not confirmation of the current schedule; verify current membership access and hours. Sea Pines attractions include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes; private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town lighthouse, shops, dining, water activities and private boat charters; and South Beach fishing charters and dolphin tours. Racquet clubs are at South Beach and Harbour Town.
