House rules
Maximum occupancy is five: four guests use the king and two single beds, and a fifth guest uses a rollaway bed for an additional fee. A porta cot with linen and a highchair are available for additional fees and must be requested at booking. The apartment is not serviced; guests purchase supplies after the starter pack is used, or arrange replenishment at an additional cost. Pool and beach towels are not supplied. Bring your own tennis equipment. Children and infants are welcome. Longer stays are allowed.
Getting there
Ballah Tower is beside Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club, directly across the road from the main Surfers Paradise beach. The apartment is on the 16th floor.
