House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets are accepted except dangerous animals. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional; ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement, and cleaning during the stay is not provided. A refundable €800 security deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. A 10% hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. The cancellation insurance option is 5.5% of the booking. Contact the local agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
