Children ages 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, with no loud sound from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be identified in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other condominium reasons. Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge.
