The condominium has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with lagoon and ocean views. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table seats six with two additional counter stools. The king suite has a private patio, walk-in closet and renovated ensuite bathroom. The guest suite has two double beds and a walk-in closet. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There are three Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Resort facilities include a fitness center, community elevators in the parking garage, an indoor resistance pool, an indoor heated spa, an outdoor hot tub and a seasonal poolside bar.
