Before you book
House rules
No animals and no smoking. The fireplace is not for guest use. Park only on improved surfaces, never on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee for rentals of up to 21 nights; bikes are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Getting there
The home is on Calibogue Sound, a one-minute walk from the beach, with boardwalk beach access off the sundeck. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Sea Pines Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only; Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. Occupancy conflicts: the summary and booking widget show seven guests, while the detailed configuration says six. This listing uses the lower stated limit of six; confirm a seven-person stay directly with the operator. Conditional resort facilities include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the RBC Heritage Classic; Heron Point by Pete Dye; Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love II; private Sea Pines Country Club; the lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters of Harbour Town Marina; shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours at South Beach Marina; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs.
