The beach is within easy walking distance, and golf is one mile away. A bike path alongside the villas provides access to Shipyard amenities. A maximum of three car passes is permitted per reservation.

Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Electric bikes are not allowed in Shipyard Plantation. Two car passes are included; one additional pass is available for purchase, with a maximum of three passes per reservation. The Shipyard beach shuttle operates from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Wristbands are required; four are provided with the rental. Additional wristbands must be purchased, and guests are responsible for purchasing replacements for lost or misplaced wristbands. Additional shuttle wristbands can be purchased using the QR code inside the rental. Guest Connect contains arrival information, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay details.
