Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Parking passes must be displayed at all times, with a maximum of two cars. Pool swimming is permitted from 08:00 until sunset. Guest Connect contains arrival details, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay information.
Getting there
The property is in a beachfront complex with Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound views. Parking is limited to two cars. Tower Beach parking is reserved for property owners, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Sea Pines resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, new construction and road projects are ongoing. Conditional resort facilities include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the RBC Heritage Classic; Heron Point by Pete Dye; Atlantic Dunes; private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town Marina’s lighthouse, shops, restaurants, water activities and private boat charters; South Beach Marina’s shops, restaurants, water activities, fishing charters and dolphin tours; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. All are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability.
