The 2,200-square-foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a large deck and a private pool. The renovated kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with four stools. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Five TVs, satellite/cable, a gas grill, linens and towels are provided. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee for rentals of 21 nights or fewer; they are not included for rentals over 21 nights. A beach wagon is available for guest use. Free door-to-door shuttle service operates in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove from March through October. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are listed.
