The 2,457-square-foot cottage has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, living and dining areas, and a deck overlooking a fenced outdoor space. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, private grill, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Linens and towels are provided. There are five TVs, satellite/cable television, ping pong, a beach cart and garage access. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and French doors to the deck.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor; the bunk bedroom is on the second floor. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee for rentals of 21 nights or fewer; they are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and deadbolt lock are provided. Keyless, contactless arrival and departure are listed. Guests receive a SERG Take Out Kitchen meal-delivery credit of unspecified value for bookings made on or after June 28, 2025.
