The 3,413-square-foot house has five full bathrooms and an open kitchen, living and dining area. A screened porch overlooks the pool, with steps down to a covered outdoor living area and gas grill facing the pool and lagoon. The master bedroom has a soaking tub, and the bunk room has a gathering area for television and games. Six televisions, linens, towels, a beach cart, an outdoor shower and garage access are provided. The Robert Trent Jones Ocean Golf Course is minutes away. Four adult unisex bicycles are included in the amenity fee for rentals of 21 nights or fewer; they are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Guests receive a credit for meals delivered through SERG Take Out Kitchen. Cable/satellite TV, a hairdryer, iron and board, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and deadbolt lock are provided.
