Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. Park only on improved surfaces, not grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, but not for rentals longer than 21 nights. Getting there
The house is second row from the beach, a few sandy steps away, with the beach access path beside the house. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Tower Beach parking is restricted to property owners, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort features are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability; trolley schedules vary. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. The page carries a notice that beach renourishment work continues through late spring, without specifying a year; confirm its current schedule. It says the beach remains open for daily shoreline access. Resort options include Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Golf Links, Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes and private Sea Pines Country Club; Harbour Town and South Beach marinas with shops, restaurants and water activities; and South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs. Nearby amenities also include a bay/sound, pickleball, a playground and tennis.
