No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 per-reservation deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization; card details are requested as a guarantee. Hoomy concierge service costs 10% of the reservation. End-of-stay cleaning costs €160 per reservation. Optional linen charges per reservation: kitchen towels €2; towel set (one small and one large) €7; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Getting there
Des Brebis sandy beach is 110 m away. The home is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. No specially designed electric-vehicle charging outlet is available; household outlets must not be used to charge vehicles. A dedicated charging station is recommended.
