Pets and animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Vehicles may not park on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee for stays of 21 nights or less; they are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Pool and spa heating are optional paid services: pool heating costs $775–$1275 per week depending on the season, or spa-only heating costs $225 per week. Guests receive a SERG Take Out Kitchen meal-delivery credit; its value is not stated.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront, with a private beach walk and the water just steps away. Parking is limited to six vehicles on improved surfaces. A private elevator is available; notify the operator when booking if elevator use is needed. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground, restaurants and tennis. Elevator availability does not establish complete step-free access.
