Before you book
House rules
No pets or animals. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is ten guests. A maximum of three vehicles and three car passes is permitted per reservation; parking on grass or landscaped areas is prohibited. Electric bikes are not allowed in Shipyard Plantation. The garage and fireplace are not available for guest use. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, but are not included for rentals longer than 21 nights. The Shipyard beach shuttle operates from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend and requires wristbands. Four wristbands are provided; additional wristbands must be purchased, and guests must pay for replacements if wristbands are lost or misplaced. Additional shuttle wristbands can be purchased using the QR code inside the home. Guests with bookings made on or after June 28, 2025 receive a SERG Take Out Kitchen meal-delivery credit; its value is not stated.
Getting there
The beach is a five-minute drive away. Shipyard Beach Club is 1.5 miles away, a ten-minute bike ride. Parking is limited to three vehicles on improved surfaces. Electric bikes are not allowed in Shipyard Plantation. There is no guest access to the garage or fireplace. Shipyard has the Clipper, Galleon and Brigantine golf courses. The Bank beer garden is within walking or cycling distance. Nearby amenities include a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground, restaurants and tennis.
