House rules
No pets and no smoking. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Park only on improved surfaces, never on grass or landscaped areas, with a maximum of two vehicles. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, but are not included with rentals over 21 nights.
Getting there
The home is on Calibogue Sound, a one-minute walk from the beach, with boardwalk beach access from the sundeck. Two bedrooms are on the second floor. Parking is limited to two vehicles. The source carries an undated beach-renourishment notice saying work continues through late spring while the beach stays open. Confirm whether this applies to your stay. Sea Pines resort facilities are subject to purchase, seasonality and availability. Tower Beach parking is for property owners only, and Sea Pines Beach Club parking has major seasonal restrictions. Resort renovations, construction and road projects are ongoing. Listed resort facilities include Lawton Stables, Harbour Town Golf Links (RBC Heritage Classic), Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes, private Sea Pines Country Club, Harbour Town Marina and lighthouse, South Beach Marina, water activities and charters, South Beach and Harbour Town racquet clubs and trolley transport with a variable schedule. Nearby are a bay/sound, marina, pickleball, playground and restaurants.
