House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Fireplace use is prohibited. Electric bikes are not allowed in Shipyard Plantation. Dogs are considered subject to restrictions; no cats are allowed. A non-refundable pet deposit of $300 plus tax applies, and an additional dog costs an additional $150 plus tax. Inquire when making the reservation.
Getting there
Hilton Head Island beaches are a five-minute walk away. Two car passes are included, and no more than three car passes are permitted per reservation. The Shipyard beach shuttle operates from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Wristbands are required; four are provided. Additional wristbands can be purchased, and guests must purchase replacements for lost or misplaced wristbands.
