House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional end-of-stay cleaning costs €150 per booking. Optional linen charges: €7 per booking for a towel set, €18 per double bed and €14 per single bed. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Household linen is optional and, if ordered, is supplied for the stay without replacement. Tourist tax is described as payable before the stay; the service details also show it as included in the total price. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
Getting there
The beach and GR34 coastal path are 100 m away; the slipway and shops are 500 m away. Kermil beach is 1 km away. Several free parking spaces are available in the residential complex car park; there is no private parking. A secure bicycle shelter is available.
