Check-in is with a host from 14:00 to 20:00; late arrival fees apply after 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure results in an additional night's charge. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking. Guests aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be pre-registered and approved. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items outside, not flushing toilet paper, and accepting responsibility for fines or damage. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
Getting there
Praia dos Ingleses is stated to be 100 m away. The apartment is in a condominium; access to common areas may be restricted or temporarily suspended, and the house rules prohibit use of the building's common areas, including the pool. The property has two parking spaces.
