Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The source advertises 10% off qualifying stays of 22 nights or longer in January or February 2027, for new reservations made September 8 through November 1, 2026. Existing reservations are excluded; confirm participation and the discount in the quote.
Getting there
Direct walk-out beach access from the first-floor villa. Sea Pines Beach Club is a short walk away. Parking is limited to two spaces. There is no landline. A construction project at Sea House East and Sea House West was scheduled to begin September 15, 2026 and last approximately six months, with scaffolding, balcony, door and window repairs or replacement, construction noise and crews. The construction notice dated August 5, 2026 explicitly says affected units will not be available to rent during the project. Confirm this villa’s availability and the current work schedule before booking.
