The house

The 40 m² apartment accommodates up to four people: two adults and two children. It has a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a living room with a sofa bed for two children, television and dining table, and an open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom; a separate toilet and washing machine are provided. A garden space is available in front of the bay window. Concierge service is available throughout the stay. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. In-stay housekeeping is not provided. The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No electric-vehicle charging outlet is provided; do not use domestic sockets for charging.
