The community lagoon pool is not heated at any point during the year.

How many cars can park in the driveway?
The driveway accommodates two vehicles. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property has a blender and a built-in ice maker.
Are beach or pool towels provided?
Guests should bring their own beach and pool towels; bath towels and linens may not be taken from the unit.
When does the Seacrest Tram run?
The Seacrest Tram runs from March 1 through October 31.
