The house

The apartment is older and unrenovated, with a spacious living room containing a dining area and sofa seating. The separate kitchen is older but functional, with electric hobs, an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Five bedrooms each contain two beds.

There are three bathroom facilities: one larger room with a shower and washbasin, and two smaller rooms with a toilet and washbasin. An indoor sauna, Wi-Fi, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available.

The apartment has a separate private garden screened from the road by a hedge, outdoor furniture and a 612 m² natural plot in a holiday-home area. The coast and bathing beach are 630 m away; shopping is 2 km away and a restaurant is 5.3 km away. Nearby outings include Spøttrup Castle and Gyldendal Strand.
