House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks groups. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the guest count on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
Lorne beach and the main street are close by, with laneway access allowing a return trip to the ocean in minutes. A spiral staircase connects the living levels.
