The upstairs open-plan living level combines lounge, dining and kitchen areas around a spiral staircase. The master bedroom and a bathroom are also upstairs, with ocean, pier and main-street views from this level.

Downstairs has a second living area with couches, a TV and a tabletop arcade, polished concrete floors, painted brick walls and artwork. Two further bedrooms and another bathroom complete the ground floor. A private grassed rear courtyard provides outdoor space, alongside balcony and outdoor seating facilities.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. Other facilities include a BBQ, bathtub, shower, heating, ceiling fan, indoor fireplace, washer, dryer, iron, TV and DVD player. Linen and hot water are provided. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. The home is professionally managed with local 24/7 support.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks groups. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the guest count on the booking. Notify management if the guest count changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
