House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Maximum occupancy is 10 (7 adults and 3 children). Bed linen and towels are not provided; optional linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. A refundable €800 security deposit is collected by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per reservation; towel set €7 per reservation; linen for a double bed €18 and for a single bed €14; final cleaning €125; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance is 5.5% of the reservation. Tourist tax is described as payable before the stay, while the tax section says it is included in the total; confirm this discrepancy with the owner. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Penvins Beach is 1 km away. Proxi supermarket and Le Gwenn Ha Du restaurant are each 150 m away. A vehicle charging connection is mentioned with a charge set locally, but the house has no connection specifically designed for electric-vehicle charging; do not use household sockets. Three private parking spaces are available.
