The 93 m² house has a 35 m² living room opening onto the terrace and garden, a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee makers, and a dining table for 10. There are four bedrooms: one with a 160 × 200 cm double bed; one with a 140 × 190 cm double bed; one with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and a 90 × 190 cm single bed; and a children's room with three 90 × 190 cm single beds. Two bathrooms each have a shower; there are also two separate toilets. The property has a 60 m² furnished terrace, enclosed garden, barbecue, television and 300 m² plot.
