House rules
Nonsmoking only. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Dogs require inquiry at reservation, are subject to restrictions, and incur a $300 non-refundable pet deposit. Vehicles may not park on grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the booking amenity fee, but are not included for rentals over 21 nights. Vacation Company Guest Connect provides check-in instructions, lock codes, Wi-Fi codes and other stay information.
Getting there
The house is fifth row from the ocean. The beach is a two-minute walk, approximately 50 yards away, with public beach access at the end of Kingfisher Road. Parking is limited to six vehicles on improved surfaces. The published address is 1 Kingfisher Street; Kingfisher Road is the source name for beach access.
