Minimum group age is 18. The property is smoke-free. No pets, parties, hen or stag parties are permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00. Only registered, paying guests may stay; photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. A refundable security deposit is required after inspection.
Getting there
The apartment is 100 metres from Clarkes Beach. Tallow Beach, The Pass, Byron town centre and Cape Byron Lighthouse are accessible on foot. One covered garage space is provided; roadside parking is subject to availability. Construction of a house next door may involve tools during business hours from 7:00 to 15:00.
