Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out ends at 12:00 PM. Guests must be at least 18 to reserve; guests under 18 must stay with an adult over 18. Hotel amenities are for registered guests only. The hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces only if the door between the room and outside space is closed; otherwise additional deep-cleaning fees may apply. A minimum fee of £500 per room and £1,000 per suite applies if smoke is detected. Pets may be added to the reservation; damage or additional cleaning may incur extra costs. A £50 charge applies for an extra adult. A discretionary 5% accommodation service charge is added at checkout. Standard VAT of 20% applies to reservations. A £200-per-day credit-card hold is placed for incidentals. Late checkout before 3:00 PM costs 50% of the room or suite rate; after 3:00 PM, the full nightly rate applies. Late checkout is subject to availability.

Green Park is steps from the hotel. The hotel is also near St. James’ Park and Hyde Park. There is no on-site parking; the closest underground parking is on Arlington Street.
