The home has four bedrooms with attached bathrooms, including two casitas with separate entrances. Open living spaces include a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fully equipped kitchen with Wolf appliances. The patio has sofas, outdoor dining and a fire table. Each casita has a sink, microwave, small Sub-Zero refrigerator, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom; the larger casita also has a fireplace and small dining counter. The bunk room has a TV and window seat.
Guests have access to the community fitness center, pickleball and basketball courts, heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a BBQ grill and utensils, coffee makers, cookware, ceiling fans, a carbon monoxide detector, private entrance, smart TVs, YouTube TV and cable TV. A community bike path connects to loops in St. George and Ivins. The home has a private entrance and a fireplace, and the garage accommodates two or more cars.
