House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The fireplace is not for guest use. Vehicle parking must be on improved surfaces, not grass or landscaped areas. Four adult unisex bikes are included in the amenity fee, except for rentals over 21 nights. Optional pool and spa heating costs $775 - $1275 per week depending on the season; spa-only heating costs $225 per week. The owner reports a severe pet allergy. Check-in instructions and access/Wi-Fi codes are provided through Vacation Company Guest Connect.
Getting there
The beach is a 5-minute walk: turn left at the intersection and cross the Troon Bridge. The beach access at Disney is an 8-minute walk. Free door-to-door shuttle service operates in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove seasonally from March through October. Parking is limited to four vehicles; the garage cannot be used for parking. Bedroom 4 is on the mezzanine level.
