The queen-sized sofa bed must be requested in advance. A city tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and collected directly before arrival.

The apartment is on St Kilda Road, opposite Wesley College, with tram and bus connections nearby. Street parking and parking lots are available in the surrounding area, subject to availability. Lift access is provided. The apartment is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
