From the entrance, you step out onto the terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying summer lunches and dinners. Moving further into the house, you’ll find the sleeping area, comprising a double bedroom. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bath. The house is set in a particularly pleasant natural setting, surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation and an atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation. Thanks to its favourable aspect, the rooms are very bright throughout the day and offer charming panoramic views.  \n\n\n\n*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. With its international port and airport, its beautiful scenery, its history and traditions, it boasts an exceptional tourist offer. The medieval Basilica of San Simplicio and the Archaeological Museum, which exhibits finds from Nuragic artifacts to Roman warships, stand out in the city center, while the archaeological site Nuraghe Riu Mulinu overlooks the gulf from the hills just outside the city.
