For this reason, we suggest you bring a mask and fins with you to fully enjoy the splendid seabeds that the reserve offers.\n\nThe Gulf of Macari, located 40 km from Castellammare, is also absolutely not to be missed: here too, the sea has wonderful shades all waiting to be discovered.\n\nJust over 30 km away is Erice, an ancient Phoenician and Greek city, perched at 751 m high on the mountain that bears the same name.
